ABOUT ME

As a Functional Training Specialist and Pilates Coach, I help women build strength, confidence, and healthy long-term routines. 

My sessions combine mobility, strength, and full-body conditioning for a balanced and effective training experience. 

Training is available both in-studio and online, so consistency becomes simple wherever you are. 

I work with all ages and genders, creating safe programs for weight loss, posture improvement, and reducing the effects of a sedentary lifestyle, with a strong focus on overall health and well-being.
